Our Story
Helping Waukesha County Children Since 1949
Since 1949, the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County has been promoting and coordinating the giving to families in need during the Christmas season. We provide a clearinghouse that matches families with area groups, families, businesses, and individuals who wish to help people less fortunate in our community. In 2019, we coordinated giving to more than 1,900 families and nearly 4,300 children in Waukesha County.

How to Get Started
Thank you for sponsoring a child this Christmas!
1. Complete the sponsor application by Dec. 7 at 11:59 p.m. to register for the 2025 season. Click on the button to the right to get started.

2. Beginning Oct. 6, the office will match sponsors with qualifying families. When your match is made, you will receive your family's information via email and a call/text that the match is ready.

3. Contact your family within 1 week of receiving their information. Ask for wish lists and set a date and time to deliver the gifts.

4. Deliver all gifts by Dec. 17, 2025.
