Our Story
Helping Waukesha County Children Since 1949
Since 1949, the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County has been promoting and coordinating the giving to families in need during the Christmas season. We provide a clearinghouse that matches families with area groups, families, businesses, and individuals who wish to help people less fortunate in our community. In 2019, we coordinated giving to more than 1,900 families and nearly 4,300 children in Waukesha County.

Angel Awards
2026 Angel Award Winners
The Christmas Clearing Council established the annual Angel Awards in 2006 to recognize those in our community who, through special acts of generosity, further the CCC mission of helping families celebrate a more joyful Christmas. We are proud to announce the 2026 recipients.
Youth Award
Catholic Memorial High School
Over the last several years, the students of Catholic Memorial have made a unique contribution to our annual toy shop. In creating more than 300 greeting cards to pair with gift cards for the teens in our program, a detail that could have been overlooked was filled and brought an extra lift of joy to the recipients.

For many years, the City of Brookfield Fire Department has collected toys for our annual Toy Shop event. In 2025, their collection of more than 700 toys made the fire department one of the event’s largest collection sites.

Business Award
Chenequa Country Club
2025 marked an incredible 30 years that members of Chenequa Country Club staged a toy drive for the CCC. Such consistent and thoughtful consideration of our organization has helped bring joy to so many children in our community, year after year.

Rookie Award
Waukesha County Technical College, WCTC
WCTC's support of our organization has been extraordinary, with one of the most impactful contributions being the donation of a fantastic facility to host our Toy Shop.
