Our Story
Helping Waukesha County Children Since 1949
Since 1949, the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County has been promoting and coordinating the giving to families in need during the Christmas season. We provide a clearinghouse that matches families with area groups, families, businesses, and individuals who wish to help people less fortunate in our community. In 2019, we coordinated giving to more than 1,900 families and nearly 4,300 children in Waukesha County.

Race Details:
The run/walk will start and end at The Ingleside Hotel, following the Ingleside's Country Christmas Path and the Lake Country Trail. The Kids Fun Run, for children 11 and under, follows a portion of the Country Christmas Path. Parents are welcome to participate along with their child(ren).
Cost:
Early Bird Registration: Prior to May 31, $20 per participant 12 and older.
Open Registration: June 1-August 31, 2026, $25 per participant 12 and older.
Last Call Registration: Sept. 1-26 at 8:45 a.m., $35 per participant 12 and older.*
Kids Fun Run participants 11 and under, $5 and includes a race t-shirt.*
*Shirts are guaranteed for all those registered by August 31.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase before and after the race.
Join us after the race for awards, music and yard games.
The event is professionally timed by Trackside Timing.
Proceeds support Christmas Clearning Council's mission to help Waukesha County children whose families are struggling financially.
